The Briançon Mountain Guides offer introductory sessions at the Schappe icefall, as well as full-day climbs or multi-day courses on the world-renowned ice climbing venues of Briançon, L’Argentière-les-Écrins, Fournel, Fressinières, Cervières and Ceillac.
Equipped with technical ice axes and crampons, you’ll approach ice climbing step by step, under the guidance of your instructor.
You’ll learn climbing techniques, belaying, safety skills — all within a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
